BROKER PARTICIPATION
A 2% commission (of the sale price at auction), will be paid to the cooperating broker who registers a successful bidder, and that bidder/buyer closes on the property. No commission will be paid to the cooperating broker if the high bidder/buyer fails to close on the property. No commission will be paid to the broker/cooperating broker if the high bid at auction is not accepted by the attorney(s) representing the estate. In order to be paid a commission, the cooperating real estate broker must register their client with Action Auctions and Properties, Inc., 72 hours prior to the Auction.
PARTICIPATING BROKERS
Inspect the property with their client prior to auction. Review all disclosures with their client. Be present on Auction day. Have read and reviewed with their client the auction “Terms and Conditions” “Buyer’s Premium Agreement Auction Sales” and “Offer To Purchase Auction Sales.” Brokers acting as principals or on behalf of family members are not eligible for this commission.
